When i first bought my chinchilla and her dust bath house came with a free sample i knew nothing of them and used it. it was horrible i couldnt even swallow for over a week and felt so sick my allergies were killing me. it also didnt do anything for her she looked greasy

Does not penetrate the fur at all. Given the choice between two dust baths, one with dust, and one with sand, my girls will choose the dust. The sand does absolutly nothing, and they come out looking almost ratty.

I just bought the Super Pet Bath House in hopes there would be less dust flying about. I've been using Blue Cloud with superb results. Since the house came with a packet of sand, though, I figured I'd give it a try. My percy wouldn't even flip over in it. All he'd do was dig at it wondering what this mess was. I immediately replaced the sand with Blue Cloud and he returned to his routine.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GRIT! This is so gritty, and my chin didn't appreciate it much either.

When we first got Draco we tried this because he was our first chin and we didn't know any better....HE WOULDN'T EVEN GET INTO THE BATH HOUSE!!!We switched over to the Kaytee dust the next week and he loved it...now that's all we use
