Giant Kritter Krawler

Giant Kritter Krawler is a 12.5 inch diameter ball made of shatter-resistant plastic. Your chin runs inside of the Kritter Krawler. The lid is secure and the ball is well ventilated. The ball is clear so as to maximize your chin's view.

no, no, no. chinnies overheat easily, and this thing heats and humidifies up like you wouldn't believe. my chinnie loves to run around, but not when she's inside plastic. add to that flying urine and flying poop (which migrates outside, all over your floors, because it's "vented") and this is a plastic prison. my chinnie wouldn't go near it after her first trip, and i brought it back where it belonged- THE PET STORE SHELF

My chinchilla hates his ball. I think its because of the flying waste all around him, even if I empty it often. He now refuses to even go near it!

LittlePoop loves her GiantKritterKrawler It is so fun to see her navigate from room to room and take the corners at a fast run with out slamming into the wall. She rolls right under our large wolf/dog. Watching her put on the "brakes" at a wall cracks me up. She loves having the whole house to roam safely.30 minutes max. is recommended I check Chin every 10 minutes and remove "flying debris" from inside before turn her loose again.

I have 2 of these, one for each chin. They absolutely love runnning all over the house in them. Make sure you get a clear one because the chins can't see where they're going very well through the colored plastic. They're $15-20 but well worth the investment.

I made the mistake of buying one of these wheels on an impluse purchase at the pet store. The chins never figured out what they were, and never actually ran around in them. Chins require the largest size wheel, and they're pretty expensive considering that chins can't figure out what to do with them. The plastic as well as the poor ventilzation can be harmful to their health. I have heard of chins peeing in these. I would suggest spending your money on a better chinchilla toy that your chins would enjoy much more.
