Giant Kritter Krawler is a 12.5 inch diameter ball made of shatter-resistant plastic. Your chin runs inside of the Kritter Krawler. The lid is secure and the ball is well ventilated. The ball is clear so as to maximize your chin's view.

This product worked really well with my hamster, so I assumed that my Chin would enjoy it just as much. Unfortunately, my Chin never figured out how to use it... he kept on spinning inside the Krawler without trying to push it foward... Perhaps he had a claustrophobic attack?! Like all products, it really depends on the individual (Chin). Never purchase a product unless the store you purchase from is willing to take back products that your Chin doesn't like.
all in all- a good product... that my Chin couldn't figure out how to use.

My chin (Chilly) loves his ball even uses it outside, we play boweling ball, roll him out he rolls back. He stays in it 3 & 4 hrs at a time. but I lost the lid I need a new one any help?

My Chinchillas hated this. When I put them in it they would just sit there and do nothing and be very scared. It was a waste of money.

I thought this would be a cool idea, so my chinny could run all around the house, and i would not have to worry about here chewing things, she should not be chewing, but she hated it, and wondered why i put her in there, she would just sit still and get scared if i put her in, but i have heard that some chins do enjoy them.

My chinchilla seems to like his ball pretty well. I have NEVER had a problem with him over heating, even when he's in there for 30-45 minuts running around. As with any chin he much adores running free but sometimes he needs to be in his ball where supervision is easier, like cage cleaning. Its also an awsome investment when you will be out of town. My little sister watches him for me and instead of having him out when he's not used to her he is in his ball where she has easy access to put him away! I love it.
