Maybe she'll deliver on Valentine's Day and she can name the baby Cupid!   ;)

::silly::I don't know about the mom, but I don't think Debbie will make it to Valentine's Day!

I'll never forget ... 20 years old ... my first and only child ... the day he was due, I went to the doctor's office suitecase-in-hand.  The doctor laughed and told me it didn't work that way.

I was almost in tears ... we had a good idea from the first week and were positive by 4 1/2 weeks (back then that was the earliest even a doctor could confirm the pregnancy).   Boy was that a l-o-n-g 9 months!

But not as long as the 10th month ... yep, lacked 8 days carrying him 10 months ... He was due January 10th and born February 2nd ... Ground Hog's Day!

Hummmmm .... bet I could have talked all day and not given you that possibility!   Sorry!

They already have little minds of their own ... before they even get here!

Well at this point I hear ya  :D
Back from her weekly at the Dr's
Still 4cms :-\
The doctor said the only thing holding him in is the water bag.
So why didn't she break it ::tickedoff:: rofl
Oh my nerves, no by Valentines day they'll have me committed.
I think I noticed a bit of a drop today though, and the Doc did give her another good going over.
She did say not to be surprised if she make her next weeks appointment.
They won't do anything to bring in on until after the 12th. Then she said well your own dates are for the 17th so maybe we'll wait until then
Can you believe she has been dilated now for over 3 weeks.
Everyone here says, "well would you come out in this cold?" ::)
Laura is getting more uncomfortable by the day, and can't seem to sleep more than 1/2 an hour when she has to pee again.
Though she looks great.

Don't know how big the little one will be ... but Johnny was so small, the doctor told me every day I carried him passed the due date was that much better for him.   ::nod::
But, looking at her, I don't think she has to worry about that.   :::grins::

The constant runs to the bathroom says she's in place and exercising her neck muscles ... or at least that's what I was told ... sure enough ... he could hold his head up by himself the day he was born!   rofl (I took up residence in the bathroom the last week I carried him.   rofl

Don't know how big the little one will be
Well 6 weeks ago he was 6 pounds.
They say they can gain anywhere from 1/2 a pound to a pound a week in the last 6 weeks.
We don't think size is an issue.

It just can't be long now  ;)
You all have made it just that much more special. |hugs|for you all

UPDATE:
I just got this email from Debbie:

"Dear Family & Friends,

Just a quick note to let you know baby is on the way.
Pictures and phone calls will follow.
She called 930 am with bad pains in her chest and back and contractions.
Shawn is gone on with her and I'm on my way."

Keep her family in your prayers!
