Breeder Affiliate Program
Our Club will now be offering a Program for all of our members who breed chinchillas. You can now become a Breeder Affiliate of the Chinchilla Club.
This new program will give you a special Member Code. For
example when I owned Huggable Pets Chinchillas mine might have been
HPC 538
You can then give away a 1 year membership to the Chinchilla Club with every chinchilla that you sell. You can print out a certificate to fill out and give to each of your customers containing your special Member Code. Your customers can then mail in the form to get their free basic membership.
This way you know that they will be getting the best possible information and community support as well as access to stores that sell good quality feed and supplies. It may also help you to keep in touch with your customers.
The cost of a Breeder Affiliate Membership is an annual payment of $25. With that you will receive all of the services of a basic Club membership plus the certificates, caresheets, and muti-page booklets you can print out and give your customers. You will also receive a membership to The Chinchilla Breeders Org.

Merchant Affiliate Program
The Chinchilla Club offers a Merchant Affiliate Program for businesses who sell chinchilla
products. These affiliates offer a discount to club members in exchange for advertising.
These affiliate sites receive:
**Free membership to The Chinchilla Club
**A link on the club discounts and specials page of our club site
**A banner on our banner exchange which rotates on all club pages and on all chinchilla web sites created at http://www.Chinchillas.org/members/
**A listing on The Chinchilla Site Directory as well as a banner that appears when your chosen keywords are used in a search.
**An ad in every edition of The Chinchilla Community Magazine (both printed and on-line).

Pet Store Program
Our Pet Store Program is to help supply pet stores with chinchilla care information for both their employees and their customers.
We offer a three page introduction packet which we give to pet stores who sell chinchillas. This includes a care sheet which covers basic pet care. We also offer a pet store affiliate program that allows pet stores to print multi-page care booklets for customers right from our site as well as give away club memberships to customers who buy a chinchilla from them.
If you are a pet store or know of a pet store who sells chinchillas you are welcome to print out the **Pet Store Packet and pass it along to anyone you think might be interested in our program. If you would rather us contact the pet store please email us the information.

Shelter Program

Our Shelter Program is our newest program to help shelters who take in chinchillas. Chinchillas are getting more popular as pets and more and more are beginning to show up in shelters. Many shelters have never seen a chinchilla before and don't know anything about them. Some shelters will put them to sleep rather than try to adopt them out. We must reach these shelters before they get chinchillas to educate them of the demand for these wonderful animals. We want to be able to help them with any questions they may have about health and care and also help them in finding new homes. We give free club memberships to animal shelters. This membership allows shelters to log onto our site and have access to our Information Central as well as print out 13 page care booklets for themselves and the new chinchilla owners. They can also list their chinchillas in our Classifieds and in our weekly newsletter that is emailed to hundreds of chinchilla lovers every Tues.
We also provide them with certificates for a free membership to the families that adopt the chinchillas. Our Shelter printouts will be available soon. If you are a Shelter and want to join the Shelter Program please email info@chinclub.net for more information. If there is a shelter in your area and you would like to be notified when the printouts are avalible please email the address above. We need to get a care sheet into the hands of as many shelters as possible!
