Q & A / Pee

Usually Peach has always pee'd in the left hand back corner of the cage, but lately I've noticed that it's all down the side of the cage (on that side) and also on the floor as if she's just sitting on the top shelf and having a pee! Is there anyway I can deter this? So that she goes back to pee'ing at the bottom. It's such a mess!

Is there any kind of Hay that I can give Peach??

I'm currently using the Timothy hay, and sometimes the stores own hay, but my allergies have been really bad the past few weeks, I'm thinking that it may be due to the hay I'm using, is there anything else I can give her that won't set off my allergies?

Hi I'm new here, So I'm sorry if this topic has been discussed or that its in the wrong section.

I've never had a Chinchilla before, And I'm going to be getting on within the next two weeks. I've ordered my cage, read all about them and I am currently buying things to go into the cage.
I've read somewhere to get 'bid' toys for them as they're stronger then other ones. But I'm a little concerned over the paint they use if it is or isn't safe for them. So I wanted to ask you lovely people if these kind of toys would be safe for them.
