chin pees on all the shelves....

I got a baby chin in December and he pees everywhere in their cage.  In the hay bowl, on the wooden shelves, on the saucer.... My other one just pees on the fleece. Is this normal? I plan on changing out the shelves.

This is not normal but I've heard of it happening. Part of me wants to say get a vet exam in case it's some kind of incontinence, but the fact is, baby animals can sometimes be pretty wild.

Thanks. I guess it wouldn't hurt to call my vet to see what they say!
