Day Fire !!Close to Furball

:::((( The Day has gotting close to Furball Ranch.I a chin I was supped to pick up in a few days.I hope ever thing is OK. I saw the News last night and it right next to his home and the wild life preserve.  :'(

I been watchingthe news very colse, I haven't heard any thing from Ron Read  :'( . I called him on tuesuday.I will keep evey one posted,on any news.

::silly:: Is this in reference to the Day County Fire?  Is that in California or Florida? 
     Sorry for my dumb question, but, I haven't been watching the news this week ... been chin-hunting most of the waking hours. Two loose, but found them happy and healthy late yesterday!   ::)

 :) I just heard from His Wife:She said the fire came really close fireball were shooting and stating smaller ones. They lost one chin :'( ,not sure if was the smoke or the stressed.They are going to try and bring down the chin on the 3 of Oct so we get her out of there ::silly::.They taking their horse's out today.I tell you more,when I have more info.

:::((( It's always bad to loose a chin,  :-[  but when you have lots and you only loose one, that's a blessing in it's self. Let's hope and pray they get all the chins & horses out without loosing any more.   
    5 years ago, we had a bout with giardia and lost 4 chins out of the 120 we had at the time.  I mourned for the 4, but treasured the 116 that made it even more.
