ECBC Southern Unit Meeting

Our next ECBC Southern Unit Meeting will be held late June in Knoxville, TN.
We hope to get more people involved so PLEASE pass the word!

More details will follow shortly!!

Hi Janice, thanks for letting us know.  I wish I could go but that is a little far of a drive for me.  I'm hoping the show will be in the Carolinas so I can attend though.  :)  I'm looking forward to finally having some chinchillas to show again!

Hi Jamie!  Yes, the shows and future meetings will be around the Carolinas. 

For this upcoming meeting everyone will be traveling about 6 hours to attend in Knoxville, this way it is fair to everyone.  Having all of the southern states to cover makes it difficult to find a location that suits all.

We are choosing the locations for the meetings now by putting all of our members' locations on the map and picking the most central town.

Hopefully, you will be able to make the next meeting.

Hi...We have picked the hotel!!

The Quality Inn Merchants Drive in Knoxville, TN. 117 Cedar Lane
Meeting on June 26th.

The Hotel Manager and I have been playing phone tag so all of the final details have not been set yet, but he told me that we would get a discount. I will be posting all of the final details whenever I can talk with him. He doesn't work on weekends so it will have to be Monday.
