flying saucer questions

so im planning to buy a flying saucer from quality cage company for my chin, and i have a few questions about it

1. is it really silent? cus i saw a video on youtube and the saucer does make noise. i know that theres nothing thats completely silence, but is it more quieter than the plastic wheel?

2. wat height is needed to fit the flying saucer through? heigh of the cage i meant.

NO!!! I have one and it is not silent it is however, more silent then the ones that hang on the side of the cage. I bought the large saucer for my chins and I have it on one of the selves in the cage that is only about 1ft tall and it fits on it just fine. I have had mine for about 6 months and I do like it the best out of the 3 I have had (medal one that stands up and the plastic one that hung on the cage) the Chin's most definitely used/liked the plastic one the best but they chewed the center of it until it broke  :::(((
