Piece of junk, after only 1 week the plastic began to wear and the wheel kept falling off. The plastic hub and cage connector are very wobbly and the thing bounces of the side of the cage (when it worked). Save your bucks and look elsewhere. Superpet probably knows this is a crappy product but people will buy it for the price alone. DONT!

NO GOOD! HORRIBLE! SuperPet knows nothing about chinchillas. My chinchilla chewed the part that connects the wheel to the stand. Its very noisy and I heard that exercise wheels can break a chinchillas' leg.(I read that off of a chinchilla website) I rather just let my chin run around my room or put him in a giant runabout ball

Good concept of an affordable, safe wheel. But comes no where near meeting the needs of a chinchilla. Perhaps would work well for a smaller animal and one that won't chew the plastic but as ofr chinchillas, don't waste your money on this product. This is not the quality I've come to expect from Super Pet.

This thing is AWFUL. We bought one for Ross, when he was just a little guy, and even at 4 months, he was WAY too big for it. And, it's PLASTIC. He chewed the little knob at the end that holds the thing together and that was it. It had this beam jutting out from the center of the circle to hold it on, and he would hit his back on it when he ran/jumped. It lasted a week before we trashed it. Awful, awful, awful!
I recommend ANY of the wheels sold on chinworld.com - They may be more expensive, but they LAST, they're safe, and they're definitely worth the money. :)
