I have this book and it has the right information and all, but I wish it had more pictures and was more suitable for kids, as in less words per page and stuff.

The reviews I have read made no sense at all. I purchased a chinchilla from a breeder 2 years ago and she is the sweetest thing ever. I hold her all the time and can carry her around the house, pet her, feed her rasins from my hand, and she never bites! I don't think the book has misleading information, I think you just got a mean one. Not all of them are.

HI,I would just like to say i love this book and i love my new chinchilla. first of all you don't even have to handle the chinchilla you just hAVE TO FEED IT & THen give it it's dust bath. After that you can just sit back & watch.It's so funny watching them because if you even try to get close to them they will run away or bight you, they think they rule the household. Once again they are very easy pets because they don't like to be handled so you don't even have to touch them. Thanks for the great book,

NO I HATE IT IT IS SO BAD!!!!!DINT EVER GET THIS BOOK IT MAY BE CUTE BUT IT HAS MISLEADING INFORMATION!
