The person below has 20 chinchillas then the next person would say true and a comment if they want to, then they would post a new The person below!

Has a chinchilla?  ;D

The person below has a ferret on their page.

(I think this is how the game is supposed to be played?)

Sweetnessheart:  You post your answer and then ask another question.  So in response to "The Person Below Has a Chinchilla"  I would post:

True

The person below likes vanilla ice cream.

(Now the next person answers either true of false and then posts another statement)
