Yellow pine

Is KD southern yellow pine safe? Or only white pine? Because I can't find any KD white pine on Home Depot's or Lowe's websites. They do have KD untreated yellow pine, though.

That's a good question. Not easy to find information either. Apparently it's quite different from white pine. My biggest question is how concentrated the pine oil is inside of it compared to other pines, another piece of information that I don't have. Perhaps someone can post.
