Chinchilla Wheel
« on: November 07, 2012, 11:43:43 PM »

I just got the Chinspin for my birthday and was wondering some things about them. Its 15 inch.

1. Should they only use it for a small amount of time as they are only about 5 months old

2. If only want them using it during day for sound and know can stunt their growth so i jam something in back my old lava ledge so cant move is that ok. Since taking in and out daily will be massive pain.

They can use the wheel as often as you want to let them.  I can't picture what you mean about jamming something in to stop the spinning.  You want to be sure they can't get hurt by whatever you are doing. Otherwise disabling the wheel at night should be fine.

I thought that the 15 inch one is dangerous... Any thoughts, anyone?
