Goodbye Modi =(

My baby chinchilla passed away a little over a hour ago. He would have been 8 days old at noon. He wasnt eating enough and became dehydrated. We believe he may also have been sick in some way because of how quickly he passed.
Rest in peace Modi Dustbunny =(

Thank you =(  Im going to be burrying him in a little wile next to his daddy and brother. I let murry spend some time with him after to understand whats happened and it seems to have worked =( i didnt want her freakingout wondering where her baby went.

 :'(  Sorry for your loss. Losing A chin of any age hurts.  The most common cause of death for kits is hypothermia, hypoglycemia, and dehydration.  An infection could be a culprit too. You might want to have a necropsy done to try and determine the exact cause of death.
