I would love to know how to change the time.  The time here in New Zealand at the moment is 11pm but our local time on this site reads 6am.  I'm never up that early in the morning but from what I have posted so far must indicate a very sad existence.  My postings seemed to have occurred in the very early hours.  By the way, my husband works in Guam so that's the only reason I am logged on at 11pm  :(!!

Hi Linda,
I guess you didn't see my answer to that question earlier in the post. :)  Everyone has been posting so fast its hard to keep up!!
Anyway here it is again.  Hope it helps.
 ;)

Hi Linda,
Click on the button near the very top of this page that says profile. (or you can just click on your name beside any of your posts)  Then click on the link in the left-hand menu that says: Look and Layout Preferences
From there you can chnge the time.

::silly::Hi Jamie!
I think you guys are right.  I was really upset when we lost our old board, but now I think this one is even better.  And I'm not done yet!!!  I hope to be adding alot more new things in the next few months.

...you guys don't think the forum is getting too complicated and busy, do you?

Hi Linda, ...Everyone has been posting so fast its hard to keep up!! ... ;)

 :D Answering our own questions now? rofl
Just kidding, but we do have lots of participation on the weekend especially ... guess that's a sign "School's In" ... ::nod::

I"m looking into it.  We are quickly growing out of our web space and a section just for posting pictures will eat up a ton of space very fast!!!  I'm looking into some things that will help with that problem.

I have set up photo albums for everyone instead: http://www.chinchillaclub.com/forum/index.php/topic,363.msg3708

Your pictures will show up in your profile and people can coment on them in the photo album.

I don't know if anyone asked this or not, but can we have a forum for those of us who have chin-itus? Where we can post pictures and cute stories? I think that would be a good idea.

::silly::Hi Lauren,
    I think all of us have "chin-itus" or are "chin-a-holics" or we wouldn't be here.  ::)
    I would think the general chat (about chinchillas) would be a good place for our cute stories ...it does not always have to be serious stuff we talk about.   We all love to share them, or at least I know I do ... very often, it brings a smile to a dull day.  :::grins::
    Pictures are in the "new born" sections and most anywhere we post and with the new photo albums for every one, we can change the pictures every-so-often.   ::nod::
    Am I getting all this right, Jamie?

Yep,
Start a Photo Album and fill it ip!! You can tell about all of your pictures in your album and then other people can come and leave comments, just like they would have in the regular forum, but this way all of your photos are linked right to your rofile.  No more trying to find a picture you know you posted months ago somehere on the board....  (ever done that, I hate that that hunt!)  Now you can go right to your album and all of your photos are right together!!

Chinchillas stories are welcome wherever they seem to most fit.  General Chin Chat is problaby a good place.  :)
