Baby Chin's Nose

Attached a pic of baby chins nose...need help figuring out what is on it and how to clean it?

It's pretty blurry,but it looks like it might be fungus.
Can you get a better picture?

It's still hard for me to make out what it is.If it's just a substance I'd try unscented baby wipes to clean it off.If it's a wound you might try some blue kote,I'd clean it first though with a little sterile saline.Be careful not to get it in the nose.

I would get this little baby to a vet.
Looks bad to me and could interfere with his breathing.
Yes could be severe fungus but it could be a deformity too.
I wouldn't think twice about bringing him to a vet.

I agree ^^. I would get that baby into the vets ASAP. It could interfere with her breathing. It could be fungus or something else but she needs medical attention.

Definitely get your Chin to a vet ASAP. That looks bad.
