Major Site Work

While working on the forum upgrades a sitewide error occurred with file permissions.  It caused almost all of the scripts on our site to stop working.  I have worked all day to get these fixed but I might have missed some.  Please let me know if you find any errors on the forums or in The Chinchilla Club, Chinchilla Breeders Org websites.
