My other female just gave birth today(yay)

and I was wondering since the kits of another female are in with her as they have been weaned,will they hurt her newborn kits in anyway?Should I remove them?They seem to be getting along fine at the moment and look like they think these are their own brothers and sisters

sometimes they will do fine, others will bully them pretty badly. I would definitely keep a close eye on them to see how they do. Always safer to move them if you have the room. That way mom can focus all her attention on those new kits.

I would definitely move the momma and new kits to a cage of their own ... she has enough to handle without having to put up with other chins in with her.
