::silly::Hi MissKitz,

Thank-you for getting it all out straight!  For the last few days I have thought she had already lost down to 900 grams.  I was so concerned for her health when I saw that!   Now we know that she is still over 1,100 grams, but the vet thinks she will go down to about 900 grams when the kits are born.  ::thumbsup::

Daisy now is 1,128 after she'll probably lose slowly 200 grams so she'll be around 800 right!?
Nope, you were right the first time when you said 900. 1,100 - 800 = 300

Not being able to find the nipples ... and them shrinking, due to a labor contraction, are definitely two completely different things!  You will find the nipples closer to the side (not on the side) than down on her belly like a dog or cat's will be.   Take the side of your finger, place the center of it just under her arm pit and move it slowly downward.  You should be able to find her nipples that way.

 ::silly:: That's another sign that she is getting closer to her time to have her kits.   ::nod::

Jo Ann what is the average delivery date like some people say 108 and 106. I have to only pay off half of one vet bill by working it off for him he payed the rest.

They can safely deliver between 102 and 120 days, but the average (and most common) is 111 days.   :)

You have a very special vet that will allow you to do that.  What kind of work are you doing to help pay off the vet bills for your chin?
