I thought this would be a cool topic.  :)  What is your favorite food and what do you think is your chinnies favorite food?
                I'll start my favorite food is Italian seasoned chicken  wrapped in a burrito, and Daisy loves yogurt covered raisins!  ;D

Well i didn't think i would be posting on this board for a long time but, My baby Strawberry Shortcake (the runt of the litter) who was only 2 died this morning. ::sadtears::   She was the best, the little squeaker and the most playful passed today. ::sadtears::   I miss her sooooooo much! Poor little Daisy is sooo lonely she's sitting on my lap now, She's refusing to eat, and won't go into her cage.   :(  Rest in peace my baby Strawberry.  :(

hi i was wondering if anyone knew pet-sitters or "chin-sitters" around CT or NY because i will be on vacation around Oct. 9- Oct. 19. I have a friend that said she will, but i don't trust her around my chins. So any ideas will be nice! ::)

Well tonight my brother and me were watching "the suite life of Zack and Cody: Rumors" and London tipton Was shown in the back holding one of are little friends a Chinnie! ::gossip::  Which later turn out to be the little guy had to have mouth to mouth procurer.  i love seeing a little chin! ::wub:: Yeah that chinnie is a t.v star now! ::rosesforme::

I was wondering how long you have to leave a male chinchilla and a female chinchilla together before the chinnie becomes pregnant? :-[ a friend was asking because she is looking to breed her girl without buying a boy, kinda like stud service.

Here's what happen,

      When i got my 2 sisters they were in a cage with the owners standred Grey chin,The owner said my chins were ABSOLUTE NOT pregnant. so i went along till i noticed Miss.Daisy was 900 grams, I was alarmed because i thought she wasn't pregnant i was wrong.  ::wow:: i emailed the lady and she said "ohhhh, my mistake i found the mating plug today after i cleaned the cage." I was excited but still mad because she lied :flames:.I did A LOT of research and now know almost everything. So are waiting for the big day! ::wub:: Keep you posted!

    I posted on the other board because i didn't know about this one :doh:. I'm 14 from the U.S.A as most people know i have 2 chinnies Straw-berry shortcake and daisy, oh my name is Sara too.

Hi my name is Gabby and 14 years old from the U.S.A. ::wave:: I have 2 female chinnies Strawberry Shortcake and Daisy.In addition i have 3 dogs, 5 cats, 3 birds , 2 chinnies, and 1 fish. Me and my mom are thinking of starting a herd of Chinnies. :chin:  my chins are the spirit of my day they always kept me laughing. rofl I really like this web-site it's better than any other. Bye for now i probably see you on other chat boards!
