General Chat / remember the water buddy
« on: September 01, 2011, 11:35:57 PM »
i usually don't like to post stuff about my site but i know alot of people were upset [myself included] when the water buddy wasn't made anymore.

well i found another bottle works just as great, i have it on my site now, just fyi everyone. it has the same spout as the water buddy and it does not leak, i hae had one up in my girls cage for over a week now and not one drip :).

its the third from the bottom --lixit no drip bottle--they are expensive tho.. ugh!

Hi, i have a friend that has a chin, who had an amputation at 3 mos of age and is now 2 years. he is quite the happy chin, i think he takes drugs..lol..

anyways, she always lets him out and he has no stress. then today she noticed a blad spot where his stump is...and is wondering why would he be doing this.. like i said, he's not stressed and comes out for fun, so why else would this happen.

her is  a pic,
thanks

Chit Chat / why i'm not on much lately
« on: January 19, 2011, 05:42:26 PM »
hi guys, i miss you guys so much. i just wanted to say, for those of you that do not realize already, i have been sick for about 2 weeks, so that is why i have been missing.. i do come on periodically and browse and post one or two threads.. once i get back to feeling better, i will be back in full swing, but i didn't want you all to think i just left...

i did finally go to the dr today, i have bronchittis and a sinus infection, so i'm thinking if the first round of meds work, at least another 10 days, sometimes i need two rounds of meds tho.

anyways, i will be back

take care everyone.

General Chat / American Pet Diner [APD] Hay
« on: July 28, 2010, 04:47:40 PM »
its me again being a bug...

just wanted to let you guys know the APD hay has finally arrived.  not sure when it will be up on my site [cuz i'm trying to get this cart thing done] but if anyone is interested its 5.75 a bag.. i had no idea it would be so expensive sorry ..anyways, i got a bag tonight myself cuz i never used it before and it looks great, it's soft, very little brown hay [sign less than what you normally get], and smells great.. i haven't handed it out yet, so i cannot say how they like it, but if i ate hay, this is one brand i would eat!!

i have 10 oz bags, first and second cut and orchard grass.

Other Pets / if you want to go out, ring the bell
« on: July 16, 2010, 03:39:19 PM »
dont know if someone in here told me to do this, or if it was someplace else.

background: if bear had to to out and i was in the kitchen i would notice him go to the door, thats great. however, if i wasnt in the kitchen... i think he might of gone to the door, but thats a guess cuz he did it when i was there, however, being in the other room you can't see it, so he would go on the floor.. this got tiring especially at his age, he's six months now.

so i got 2 cow bells, put them on twine and put them on the door handle and it took him less than 1 week to learn to rind them when he wants to go out. yah!!! its great! i love it.

so here he is, he didn't ring them loud the first time, so i stood there until he rang them again, and when he did, it was louder which is what because if i'm in the other room, it needs to be a loud jingle..

please don't look at the nasty floor, door frame.. etc... this kitchen needs to be torn apart and redone but i can't afford it, and i never fixed the door frame good from when i got burglarized many years ago.. so i'm embarrassed at how nasty it looks.

it's $2.25 a pound.

without rosehips:  $2.00 a pound.

i really am going to try get the photo up today, but even tho its not up you can still purchase it if you want it.

Cages / quality cage cages and chin spin
« on: June 18, 2010, 03:12:39 PM »
can i post a thread to say:...

YIPPIE.. i can sell these.. i'm excited, i just can't hide it.. i know i know i know... have no clue what comes next.

i think this is a biggy.. so to everyone... i am now selling qualty cages and chin spins.. i will offer a bit of a savings off the website cost, but unfortnately it can't be much, because they aren't doing much for me.. but i figure anything is better than nothing.. so if you want a cage, wheel, etc.. from their site, let me know and i will give you a price..

the only drawback is:  i can only get a discount on what they make.

so even tho they are not listed on my sight, they are available.. and will also be on my site very soon..
