Hi I am wondering do chinchillas laugh because my male chinchilla (Fluffy) sounded like he was laughing it was so funny and it sorta freaked me out lol any advise will be helpful

My chinchilla he is a boy always sqeaks at my husband and not me I wonder why he will do it to me every once in a while but not to offten lol! How do you know if your female chinchilla is pregnant? I have a female with my male and I dont know if she is pregnant or not how will I know any advice will help thank you

He makes a squeaking noise when you go and try and pet him I have only had him maybe a week and a half the other home I got him from they had him since he was 10 weeks old I go to pet him and he squeaks I don't if it is a happy squeak

My male chinchilla (Fluffy) makes a sorta really load noise when I go to pet him I am afraid he is going to bite me I don't know why he is making that noise I hope there is nothing wrong with him please let me know if you have any advice
