Title: Why is coco chewing everything?!
Post by: Rachael29 on February 18, 2016, 06:44:45 PM
Hi guys!
This may seem like a silly question but coco my med tan has been chewing everything tonight. Normally he doesn't when we just got him about a year ago he loved chewing on the corners of the walls but came out of it quickly but tonight he has been chewing the walls, the skirting board, the radiator, the plastic tub his sand is in the plastic they hay comes in my zip! Everything! He is running around more than usual and challenging shadows mounting tonight aswell.

They have plenty of apply wood and they chew plenty every day they have wooden toys and knawing stones and plenty of hay pellets and water. There's been no change in his poop that I can tell. But he is just chewing everything! Any one any ideas?

Sounds like my chinchilla. Last night he got the mail, the remote control, a pencil, buttons, pillows, and everything else I couldn't get away from him fast enough. He even chewed Mom's hair. Don't what else to say.

All my chins are avid chewers. Skirting boards, wallpaper, clothes, shoes, carpet and chin room door. That's before they start on their toys. Chins explore with their mouths, and are curious by nature. Just had my very large tan boy, Mark, sitting on my shoulder and chewing my hair. He thinks it's funny  ;).

Yeah...when they aren't chewing is when you should pay close attention
