Wow hold up you need to quarantine the new one from the old one for 30 days.  Also they may never get along no matter how hard you try.

You can turn that off go into your profile click Notifications and Email, change it to nothing at all. Then when you get it changed to the correct email you can turn it on or leave it off.

80 to 85 is way to hot.  I keep mine at 65 year round or alittle cooler in the winter.

Yes male and female will breed, brother will breed sister so get two males or two females.  If you have no clue what you are doing you can kill them.

Do not put your chin in the same room as the snake or lizzards,  As for food depends on what the chin is on now. Chins do not take water baths as this will cause fungus.  Dust only. Cage I would go a Chinchilla Mansion from http://www.qualitycage.com/chinchilla.html , also on the bottom of the page you will see a wheel that is safe for chins.
