Title: chinchilla spasms

Hello,
this morning wile petting my chinchilla she started having these weird spasms ive never seen her do this before. the temperature was at 19c my mother thought it my be because she was cold, once i turned off the fan (witch wasn't in her direction) she stopped until i left.....i was wondering if she is sick, i don't know what to do :-\

It wouldn't be from cold.  Did it feel like vibrating or actual shaking?

Chinchillas can shake when they are nervous and Black Velvets seem more prone to shaking than other colors, but it could also be a seizure.  Check out this website: http://www.cachins.org/  click on Health then Seizures.  They do a great job of describing which each type looks like to help you figure out if that is what your chinchilla is doing.
