Where is the best place to find these metal bowls?

How long can a chin survive without water? I got home from work today and noticed that Chip's watter bottle was totally empty.  I'm not sure how long it was but hew did have water last night. I refilled it and sryinge fed a small amount of water through the cage bars. He is acting normal as he is not appearing lethargic or anything. He took a treat from me but didn't drink afterwards like he sometimes does. Its mid afternoon here.  I'm concerned that he will think that the bottle no longer has water in it even though it does now.  Should I bring him to the vet?

Thank you all for the responses. It appears the hay was ok afterall as neither the chinnies or me suffered any ill effects.

Q & A / Re: Two females in same cage?

Interesting...I always thought that the males would turn on each other in the case of a female.  I house mine all separately.

Are the bowls with the metal rings able to connect to Martin's Cages?

Putting 2 males together is fine if they are compatible AND there are no females in smelling sight, or audible distance.  If there are, the males will fight to the death for right to mate with a female they can't even reach.  If you are really worried like i was, you could get separate cages but have them next to each other.

Congrats on the babies!!!  ::chinhappy:: I had my first litter back in August during the tropical storm.  They squeak a lot until they are weaned, then they quite down a bit.  Mine also escaped their cages their first night.  They have bonded with me and see me as another chin, even sniffing noses with me.

Mine do htat all the time. One of my kits used to carry his bowl up to the upper balcony, spilling his food in the process. rofl  I since got him a bigger bowl that he can push but not pick up.
