Hey guys! Another new member to your forum, although I've been reading it for a while! ;)
My name's Ashley and I'm a 21 yr old student with one little standard chinchilla named Romeo (and let me tell you, for a while there he really lived up to his amorous name!) :D
Ok, enough exclamation points-just wanted to say hello to everyone and say that I'm excited to be a part of this community ::nod::

I have Romeo, too. A standard gray/violet carrier ... 4 years now and no kits ... I think my little one's name is going to be changed to Barney or Goober. :D

Romeo is about a year and a half old. And he's a little calmer now, but for a while he was pretty intent on making some kits of his own, with the forearm of whoever was closest to him at the time. ;D
He's a spoiled little guy, with a huuuge cage which I may make him share with a second male in the future, we'll have to see how that goes.
But he's my first chinchilla and we have a ball together ::silly::
