Hi, Im a mutation chinchilla breeder in Rochester, NY
Just wanted to get my site out there.  Not many breeders in NY now a days.

Thanks!

I am not yet a memeber, but I have filled out an application and I am going to send it to my breeder that I talk to who lives in BC Canada to sign it for me, because I guess you need other members to sign it and approve.
Then I will send in my money, and the app and I will join and probably join the chapter closest to me.
