General Chat / Good portable AC?

Hello everyone! i'm a new father of a chin for about 4 months now, and since last week a sudden heat wave arrived where i live(Brazil) and even at night is around 80-84 degrees. Sadly my house can't have a normal AC unit installed, and i heard Swamp AC's are bad due to raising humidity. Is there any portable unit that works?

These past 4 days i'm so worried i haven't even gone to work in fear my boy gets bad
