Title: Need help with Chin Club "free website"
Post by: chinchilla.nikki on March 16, 2008, 02:49:33 PM
Hi--Is there anybody out there who can help me with the chin club website? :'(  I am sure somebody has used it.  The EZ Editor.   Jamie has been helping me, but for some reason I'm not sure if my e-mails are reaching her, so recently I have tried a couple of other e-mail sources to see if they reach her.  It can't be all that difficult to put the website together!  :-\  It needs to come with a sample website & how it was created or an instruction manual or something.  There is only one source that I know of--Jamie--poor Jamie, she is so busy & I hate to keep bugging her.  I have the front page done, but I have some questions on it & then the links.  If anyone has time, please let me know.      Thanks--JANE

I so understand you!  ;) I have a free web site on there to. Yes the front
page works but none of the links do. my web site is
www.chinchillas.org/breeder/kcchins/home.htm , you can see if it works
if you want. I believe that is a very good question! thanks, Kayla :::grins::

Hi Kayla,
In the spot that says Link URL: type the page name you want the link to go to. (females.html)
Link Text: is what you want to show up on your page that people click on to go to that link (Visit my females)
Mouseover Text: is what would show up beside your mouse when you touch that link.  (My females) This doesn't work with all computers

I have added the help files to the EZ Editor.  Let me know if it makes it easier and if there is anything else I can add to help.
