Very nice layout!

On the page that talks about getting a second chinchilla, I would suggest mentioning the quarantine period that is necessary.

You have temperature conflicts on the "Buying a Chinchilla" page.  In one place, you say that they cannot survive well in temperatures above the mid-70s.  Later, you say they are good pets if you keep your house under 80 degrees.  On this same page, you mention pine being safe, but you may wish to specify that kiln-dried pine is safe.

The information is a bit hard to navigate...  I seemed to be going through a continuous loop trying to make sure I read everything there was.   Undecided

If you are in the gallery and select an album, you can't go back to select another album without clicking on the "Gallery" link on the left again.  (Or, if you can, it's not apparent to me.)

Over-all, I think your site is very well put together.   grin

Thanks for the feedback. I incorporated some of the changes you suggested. The gallery is based on certain software so that one is difficult to modify.

Very nice! I have one question, do you run Small Pet Club and if so why don't you have ferrets listed there?

Sily! The over all look and appearance is pleasing.
The chinchillas on your index page are out of focus ... first impressions are important.
Looks like you have a few spelling problems ... (welcome to the club  blush ) you might want to copy and paste each page to an e-mail and then click on "Spell check" at the top ... this will show you each one and correct it for you.

Find a cage with a wire mesh spacing no larger 1"x2".
If you have a wire floor, get a mesh size of 1"x1/2" or ideally, 1/2"x1/2".
With wire 1" x 2" or even 1" x 1", a young chinchilla kit can fall/crawl out of the cage and fall to the floor.
A floor of wire mesh 1" x 1/2" can allow a chin's foot or leg to fall through and break it ... especially young ones.

Baths: Chinchillas love to take sand baths.
Sand is harsh on a chin's fur.  Dust bath dust is best to use.

Any time you use/copy information from other sites, do so with permission, be sure you acknowledge this and a link back to that site is always a nice way to thank a person.

I, too, agree ... it is a bit hard to navigate.  Undecided
You might want to re-check for conflicting information.

The look is pleasing and you offer much information for chinchilla owners ... and future chinchilla owners.  yes

Yes, Small Pet Club is also run here. You mean add a ferret section on the forum? There is no ferret section because no ferret people have joined. If a person requests a small animal to be added, we will add a section of it.

We added a new section on our website, a breeders directory. If anyone is a breeder and wants to add themselves, feel free to do so. Go to the site and click "Directory" and click "Add Entry" then fill out the info.
