Is this safe?
« on: October 24, 2011, 04:52:18 PM »

Today I discovered that I left the supply of dried diced apple for my chins open since Friday. Is it still safe to give it to them? I don't see  a problem with it, but I want to be sure.

Should I refrigerate it to prevent the growth of mold?

Maybe just a air tight container, it's dry so that should do. I don't see a problem with putting it in the fridge, but if it's cool enough for the chins all dried fruit should be fine in their space.
