bunny and chins at jacks aquarium

i sow an ebony chinchilla and a gray and white bunny i want. The bunny is soo cute. I don.t know much about bunnys and the cage. The lady at the pet store gave me some info. What food to feed them? Can they only eat timathy hay? And i feel soo bad for the chins. I got snowie from there, and they have them in a cat cage with all this room, and only one shelf in there and a wire wheel. The plastic house is all chewed up and no other chew toys or hay. And i didn't see any hay for the bunnys. I really wanted to say something to them about the chins. I'm lucky snowie is healthy. I wanna contact corport or something.
