I think i posted this once before, but i never knew this was a whole section..

here is my webstore.. what do you guys think?  is it too overwhelming with the set up, or confusing.. or is it fine..thanks

I don't think it is too much, I love the layout and all the info you give! Very helpful to buyers

Suggestion:
Make the title with big bold letters: TJ's Chinchilla Supplies
and underneath in smaller letters: And Chinchilla Information

The title seems to get lost in the header because there isn't much contrast and it's broken up by the square effect you have there. When I put in the address and the page loaded I was wondering if it took me the right page at first. I thought it was a page for a chinchilla rescue because Bo is so prominent on your page. I guess it is, so it just depends on how you wish to present it. Store, rescue, or information source. These are all competing concepts.

Instead of starting with a question like "Are you looking for safe..." Making it declarative would be sound more forceful like "Our store is dedicated to providing safe and well tested chinchilla supplies..."

I remember your web site from last year when I was looking for wood toy parts for our parrot. One day we might just order some.

i really don't ship overseas, however, if you want a few items, i will make an exception.. but shipping is very high. --fyi

medium flat rate box will cost: $48.00
large flat rate box will cost:  $61.00

just to let you know ahead of time because alot of people cancel their orders once they find out the cost of shipping..
