I might be getting a new chinchilla.

Hi all,
I'm looking into buying a female chinchilla, she might be pregnant. I have a cage all ready to go. How long should I keep her away from my other chinchillas? She will be put into a room by herself. The owner said he was giving a male and female so they are together right now. He wants to sell them a separately. He also said she might be pregnant. So I was thinking of getting the female and after her quarantine start letting the females get used to each other and HOPE that after a while they get along. I have stuff that I didn't need to use after Pooka had her kit. So I just need to get a tube for her. I would like to have her and let her have a nice life with me. No more breeding for her.
