Hey everyone, im a 17 year old kid from jersey who loves chinchillas, i had a 12 year old who had a accident and died, now i have a 5 month old standard, and im getting another champagne colored beige who is going to be 8 weeks on sunday when i pick her up.

 Sily!   Welcome to the Chinchilla Club Forum!

 hugs  Sorry to hear about you loosing your 12 year old chin to an accident.  They become like our own children, especially when they have been around that long.

Glad to hear you have a new chin and another one on the way.   grin  Once you have one, it's almost impossible to go without. 

I see you mentioned the beige one is a female.  Is the standard a male or a female?

 Sily!  Very good!  Not prying, just checking ... you would be surprised at the many who will put a male and female chin together at an early age, not knowing the complications that can arise.  Glad to know you know better.   grin
