That depends on what the chopsticks are made of ... if made of wood, what kind of wood ... some are made of plastic ... some are carved from elephant tusk.
New or used?
(Just kidding ... I'm sure you would not give your little one used chopsticks to chew on.)

i am guessing that you are referring to the chopsticks they give you at like a chinese take out place... do not give them those chop sticks to chew on, chop sticks splinters too easily.. and the nice looking ones have coating or paint all over it, and i am pretty sure you would want to have elephant tusk chop sticks so you can have your chins chew on it =D
