Attention to Everyone planning to come to the June 6th ECBC Southeast Meeting in Helen, GA......For those of you who plan to stay overnight in Helen for the meeting, we are advising everyone to make arrangements for accomodations ASAP. We have heard that many of the hotels are booked full and some only have a few rooms left.
As we have announced, the meeting will be held in a cabin located downtown Helen. It is a beautiful cabin fully equipped with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. We have the cabin reserved for two nights. Until recently, all of the rooms were reserved. However, a cancellation has opened up one of the rooms. If you are interested in staying in the cabin with the Unit Officers and the Shoots, there is a room available. You will get a full bedroom to yourself with a queen size bed and full use of the cabin facilities. If you would like to take a look at the cabin; here is the link:
