You can use kitten replacer.  Its not that much different from raising baby chins.

 ::silly::   Bill accidentally exposed a nest of baby bunnies with a weed eater.  One was injured and died within 24 hours.  One didn't even have it's eyes open yet.  We waited 8 hours for momma to come back, before touching them, but she didn't.  So, I've been feeding them for about a week now ... they are doing great.  Here's one of them on one of our daily outtings for clover and grass.  They're able to eat some solids now and I want to make sure they eat what they will have to continue to eat when we release them in a couple of weeks. 

I could not leave them out to die ... :hugs: ...we have two cats and 4 dogs in the neighborhood that hunt small animals and birds ... we are constantly running them out of the yard.

Good luck.  If you set them free later a rehabilitator said once the are the size of a fist they are read to be on there own... but they are cute!!
