One of the kits from my very first litter took a fall on his birth day and has been blind in one eye with a little perrifial{?Spelling?} vision in the other. I'm sure he hardly uses it as he finds me with his eyes closed some evenings. yes
I started him out in a small cage with no levels and he's now in a long, low, two tier cage and loves it.
He's almost 9 years old now and probably my favorite, just don't tell the others OK  Wink

I have some terrible news guys...I went down this afternoon to check on everyone and the little guy was gone.
He passed away suddenly sometime during the night.  I am not sure what happened...maybe something internal wasn't fully-developed, like his eyes weren't.  It's really hard because he was doing so well..I really thought he was going to make it!  He didn't act like he was sick, or struggling.

Deeliteful, I am sooo sorry!  I feel awful, because I know you were excited about giving this little guy a home...

Thanks everyone for your support and answering all my questions.

I am so sorry Abby . Yes I was extremely excited about him and so looking forward to bringing him into the home . Poor little guy. At least the short life he had was filled with love. If you have any other special needs babies come about think of me I will be willing to take them in.
