Hurt Leg.

Spike's leg seems to have a little cut on it. It doesnt have any pus i cansee, so I assume it is not infected. Just a bit swollen and a little bit of blood. Is there anything I can do to help him out until I can get him to a vet??

I would clean that area on his leg(splash some water on it and pat it dry), and then put some Neosporin or triple antibiotic ointment on the scratch. If it's a minor scratch, Spike may not need to go to the vet. If you're not sure if it's serious or not, it's always good to have a vet take a look.
